    Tikhonov, Vyacheslav Vasilyevich

    Vyacheslav Vasilyevich Tikhonov (1928 — 2009) - People's Artist of the USSR (1974), Hero of Socialist Labour. He was born in Pavlovsky Posad of Moscow region. In 1950 he graduated from Acting skills faculty at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK).

    Fedor Fedorovich Ushakov (1745-1817) was a legendary Russian sea captain, as well as an Admiral who played a key role in the creation and development of the Russian Navy on the Black Sea. He made a significant contribution to the training of ship crews, and the development of Sevastopol Port. Significantly, he never suffered a defeat in his entire military career.
