Olga Dergunova

Born: 1965.

Education: 1987: Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy). Degree in economics and mathematics. Specialisation: Economic cybernetics. 2014: Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. Course in Information Technology in Public Administration.

From 1994 to 2007 she held management positions in Microsoft, including the positions of Director General of Moscow office (1995-2004) and President and CEO of Microsoft Russia and CIS (2004-2007). Then she moved to VTB Bank where she became member of the Management board, then Deputy President, Chairperson of the Management Board. In 2012 she was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation – Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo). Since 2016 she has been working in VTB Bank in the same position. In 2019 she also became Director of the Graduate School of Management of Saint Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU). 

She is a Chairperson of the Supervisory Council of Consortium of the National Technology Initiative "Distributed Ledger Technologies Centre at SPbU", member of supervisory councils of GSOM SPbU, Endowment Fund of Higher School of Economics, Russian Academy of Education, Anatoly Sobchak International Banking Institute, and Moscow City Pedagogical University.

Ms Dergunova has been elected to the Board of Directors of PAO Sovcomflot in 2021.
