PAO Sovcomflot's Board of Directors Meeting


On 24 July 2015, the open joint-stock company Sovcomflot (PAO Sovcomflot) held its first board of directors meeting since the annual general shareholders meeting. The new board reviewed organizational issues and formed committees focused on strategy, audit, human resources, remuneration, and innovation.

The New Board of Directors of PAO Sovcomflot:

Anna Belova  –  Professor at the Higher School of Management at the “Higher School of Economics” National Research University.

Ivan Glumov (Non-executive Director) -  Deputy Chairman of the UN Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf, Executive Director of SEVERNEFTEGAS, member of the Marine Collegium under the auspices of the Russian Administration.

Ilya Klebanov – member of the Board of Directors of PAO Sovcomflot.

Aleksei Klyavin (Non-executive Director) – President of the Russian Chamber of Shipping.

David Moorehouse  - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Braemar ACM.

Mikhail Poluboyarinov – member of the Executive Board and the First Deputy Chairman of the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank).

Sergei Frank – Executive Director, Chairman of Sovcomflot’s Executive Board.

Valid Chammah (Non-executive Director) – partner at the consulting firm Chammah & Partners, former Co-President of Morgan Stanley & Co. and Chairman of Morgan Stanley International.

Sovcomflot Group of Companies (SCF) – the largest shipping company in Russia, one of the world’s leaders in the maritime transportation of hydrocarbons and offshore services.
